These terms apply to the website https://www.sQuareindia.com and to every sQuareindia service — WhatsApp alerts, the 24 × 7 keyword service on +91 9440222223, our WhatsApp Channel and our paid packages. “sQuareindia”, “we” and “us” mean sQuareindia; “you” means anyone who uses the website or a service.
By using the website or any of our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2 Our services
- Packages — Live Rates, Analysis and Analysis Alert, each described on its package page with its price and features.
- Free services and trials — such as the first 25 alerts on the keyword service, LIVE, NEWS and the TRIAL / ALERT trials. We may change or end free services and trials at any time.
- Rates — live rates on the website and on WhatsApp are indicative. Local Bullion rates come from the dealers named and may differ from the price you are offered.
3 Market information — please read
All analysis we publish — including WhatNext targets, support & resistance levels, TREND alerts, Gold & Silver Astro Analysis, news, US data and weekly reports — is market information based on our research. It is not a guarantee, and it is not a personal recommendation to buy or sell.

4 Subscriptions and payment
- Packages are yearly. The price is the one shown on the website when you pay.
- You can pay online with Pay Now, or by UPI or bank transfer — see Payment options. For UPI or bank transfers, send the payment screenshot to customer care on +91 8922222222.
- A package is activated on the WhatsApp number you give us, and alert requests are counted per year: 10,000 on Live Rates and 1,000 on Analysis and Analysis Alert.
5 Using our WhatsApp services
- Alerts and replies are sent on WhatsApp. Delivery depends on WhatsApp and your mobile network, so messages can sometimes be delayed.
- Keep your WhatsApp number active. Send STOP to stop our service and START to start it again.
- Paid alerts and reports are for your own use. Please do not resell, forward in bulk, republish or share them publicly.
- Do not misuse the keyword service — for example with automated or excessive requests.
6 Our content
The content on https://www.sQuareindia.com and in our messages — text, analysis, reports, graphics and the sQuareindia name and logo — belongs to sQuareindia. You may view it for your own use. You may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute it without our written permission, and you may not frame our pages or use our logo without permission.
7 Other websites and services
Our website shows Google ads and uses services such as WhatsApp and Razorpay. Links to other websites are for convenience. Those services and websites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
8 Limits of our liability
We work hard to keep our information accurate and our services running, but we cannot promise they will always be complete, correct or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, sQuareindia is not liable for any trading or investment loss, or for any indirect loss, arising from the use of our website, messages or services.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh.
