sQuareindia provides Gold & Silver market information through https://www.sQuareindia.com and on WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to the website and to our WhatsApp services.
2 Information we collect
- WhatsApp details — your WhatsApp number and profile name, the keywords and messages you send us, and your language choice.
- Subscription details — your package, trial or free service, and your alert request balance.
- Payment details — online payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not see or store your card or UPI PIN. If you pay by UPI or bank transfer, we keep the payment screenshot and reference you send us.
- Contact details — your name, phone number, email and message when you call, email or chat with customer care.
- Website usage — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected with cookies by Google Analytics.
3 How we use it
- To send the alerts, reports and keyword replies you asked for, in your chosen language.
- To start, renew and support your package, and to confirm payments.
- To send service messages about your subscription.
- To improve our website and services, and to prevent misuse of the keyword service.
- To meet legal requirements.
4 WhatsApp
Our messages are delivered through WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta and has its own privacy policy. If you follow our WhatsApp Channel, WhatsApp does not show your phone number to us.

10 Children
Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will remove it.
